This Privacy Policy governs the collection, use, and disclosure of personal information by Fielding ADU Dallas through its website located at adubuilderdallas.com (the Site). Fielding ADU Dallas operates as a home-service marketing and referral company: it advertises home-improvement and related services, accepts service requests submitted through the Site, and routes those requests to independent local businesses that quote and perform the requested work. Fielding ADU Dallas does not itself perform any home-service work.
This Policy applies to any person who visits the Site, submits a contact or quote-request form, initiates a chat, or otherwise provides information through adubuilderdallas.com. By using the Site or submitting a service request, a visitor acknowledges that they have read this Policy and agree to the practices described herein. If a visitor does not agree, they should not use the Site or submit any information through it.
Text message (SMS) communications
When a visitor provides a telephone number through the Site, that visitor may receive text messages (SMS or MMS) from Fielding ADU Dallas and from the independent business or professional to whom the visitor’s request is referred. Both Fielding ADU Dallas and that independent business may send such messages.
By providing a telephone number and submitting a request, a visitor expressly consents to receive calls and text messages placed through an automatic telephone dialing system (autodialer) and calls or messages that use a prerecorded or artificial voice. This consent is given to both Fielding ADU Dallas and to the independent business that receives the referred request.

Message frequency is not fixed - it will vary depending on the nature of the request, the progress of the referral, and how the independent business responds. Accordingly, the number of messages a visitor receives may differ from request to request.
Standard message and data rates may apply. The visitor’s mobile carrier may charge fees for sending or receiving text messages, and Fielding ADU Dallas is not responsible for any such carrier charges.
To stop receiving text messages at any time, reply STOP to any message. For assistance, reply HELP. Opting out of text messages will stop SMS communications from Fielding ADU Dallas, but it will not automatically stop all contact related to an open service request unless the visitor separately requests that. To do so, the visitor should also contact Fielding ADU Dallas directly. Opt-out and help requests may also be submitted through the contact page.
Affiliated brands and shared service providers
Fielding ADU Dallas is one of several home-service marketing brands that operate under common ownership or common management. That group of related brands and entities may share infrastructure, personnel, and vendors - including companies that provide call-answering, appointment scheduling, customer-relationship management (CRM) software, web hosting, and marketing technology.
Personal information collected through adubuilderdallas.com may be disclosed to and used by those affiliated brands and the vendors they share, to the extent necessary to route a service request to the appropriate trade category or geographic area, to administer billing and account records, to detect and prevent fraud, to carry out quality-control functions, and to provide general operational support.
Any affiliated entity or contracted vendor that receives personal information pursuant to this section is expected to treat that information in accordance with this Policy or a substantially equivalent policy. Fielding ADU Dallas does not authorize those parties to use personal information for purposes materially different from those described here.
Express consent to contact and to information transfer
By submitting a form on the Site, initiating a chat session, calling a number listed on the Site, or otherwise transmitting personal information to Fielding ADU Dallas, a visitor expressly agrees that their information - including contact details and project description - will be transferred to the independent business selected to respond to that request, as described in this Policy.
At the same time, the visitor expressly agrees to being contacted by Fielding ADU Dallas and by the independent business that receives the request, whether by telephone call, text message, or email, regarding the submitted service request and related follow-up.
Agreement to receive calls or text messages is not a condition of obtaining any service. Children under 13
The Site is not directed to children under the age of 13, and Fielding ADU Dallas does not knowingly collect personal information from any person under that age. If Fielding ADU Dallas becomes aware that it has inadvertently collected information from a child under 13, it will take prompt steps to delete that information from its records. Parents or guardians who believe that a child under 13 has provided information through the Site are encouraged to contact Fielding ADU Dallas through the contact page.
How and with whom information is shared
The primary purpose for which Fielding ADU Dallas collects visitor information is to connect that visitor with a local business capable of performing the requested work.
