Meet the Dallas Team Behind Fielding ADU Dallas
The crew running Fielding ADU Dallas isn’t a rotating cast of subcontractors. These are the people who show up at your house, walk your foundation line, and swing the hammer. Most of them have been building in Dallas proper for years, from Lakewood bungalows to Carrollton infill lots. What binds them is simple: they don’t leave a job until the corners are square, the permit packet is signed off, and the site is swept. They answer to Reed Calloway, they carry The Garrison Code in their heads, and they build like their name is on the invoice because it is.
Our People

Marcus T. – Lead Technician, Additions & ADUs
Marcus has twenty-two years in residential construction, the last nine spent on room additions and accessory dwelling units across Dallas County. He holds a state-issued residential building certification and keeps a current OSHA 30 card in the truck. Marcus is the one who finds the surprises before they become change orders, whether that’s a rotted sill plate behind a 1950s garage wall or a slab with more slope than the original drawings admit. Off the clock, he restores old toolboxes and knows more about Dallas alley platting quirks than most surveyors.
Dana W. – Senior Installer, Prefab & Modular Systems
Dana runs our prefab and modular installs, which means she has spent hundreds of hours on Abodu, Cover, Dvele, and Mighty Buildings panels. She is certified on two modular platform installation programs and leads the mechanical tie-in work for plumbing and electrical rough-ins on prefab ADUs. Dana’s specialty is making a factory-built module sit dead level on a Dallas pier foundation, even when the lot slopes toward a creek. She competes in amateur barbecue cook-offs every spring and will absolutely judge your backyard smoker setup while she works.
Luis R. – Service Coordinator
Luis is the voice you get when you call (903) 342-8977 at any hour. He has worked dispatch and field coordination for Dallas construction crews since 2014 and keeps the schedule honest: he knows how long a garage conversion in Richardson really takes versus what a homeowner hopes to hear. Luis tracks every permit submittal, inspection window, and material delivery so the crew never stands around waiting on a lumber drop. He is background-checked, usually in a Fielding uniform even on weekends, and he makes the written-price-first promise stick by walking every client through their estimate line by line before anything gets signed.
Andre P. – Apprentice, Framing & Finish
Andre joined the crew two years ago after finishing a pre-apprenticeship carpentry program through a Dallas trade pipeline. He works under Marcus on rough framing and under Dana when a prefab unit needs interior finish work. Andre is the one who double-checks the nail pattern on shear walls and the one who labels every shutoff valve before drywall goes up. He grew up in Oak Cliff and takes real pride in building ADUs in neighborhoods he has known his whole life. His current obsession is learning how to cut James Hardie siding without chipping a single board.
One Standard, Every Job
Every person on this crew works to The Garrison Code. It is not a poster we hang in the office. It is five rules we actually follow: show up in the window, put the price in writing, build by the book, leave the site clean, and stand behind the work for a full year. That last one has a name attached to it, the Garrison Standard. If something fails inside 365 days, a Fielding crew comes back and corrects it at no charge. No argument, no runaround. Reed Calloway has been building this way since 2006, and the Dallas team is expected to uphold it on every single addition, garage conversion, and ADU they touch.
You want to know who is showing up to your house. That is fair. Marcus, Dana, Luis, Andre, and the rest of the Dallas crew are background-checked, uniformed, and answerable to a written guarantee with real teeth. Call (903) 342-8977 and you will get a live person, not a voicemail queue. Tell Luis what you are planning and we will get you a written price before a single nail gets driven.
